• Generate certificates for quiz participants
• Access analytics and reports on quiz performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise). Current pricing is available at our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Taxes may apply based on your location

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5.5 Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific usage limits (AI-graded responses, participants, etc.). Exceeding limits may result in service interruption or additional charges.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Violates any law or infringes on others' rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Promotes illegal activities
• Impersonates others or is fraudulent

7. Intellectual Property

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate quiz questions and grade answers. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
• AI grading is provided as a tool, not a replacement for human judgment
• Results should be reviewed for high-stakes assessments

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results will be accurate or reliable.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwizExpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QwizExpert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and content, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QwizExpert operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
