1. Introduction

Welcome to QwizExpert ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered quiz platform at qwizexpert.com (the "Service").

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

2. Data Controller

For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law (including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), the data controller responsible for your personal information is:

MOTIONXPRO LIMITED

trading as "QwizExpert"

3 Marpen Road

Coventry, CV6 5HQ

United Kingdom

Company Number: 14710528

Email: info@qwizexpert.com

If you are located in the UK or EEA and have questions about this policy or your rights, you can contact us using the details above.

3. Our Role: Controller vs Processor

QwizExpert serves different roles depending on how our Service is used:

When we act as a Data Controller

We are the controller for account data of quiz creators/organisers, payment and billing information, platform analytics, and product improvement data.

When we act as a Data Processor

When an organisation (such as a school, business, church, or training provider) uses QwizExpert, that organisation is typically the "controller" of participant data. QwizExpert acts as a "processor" on their behalf for quiz content, participant responses, and results.

For organisations requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact us at info@qwizexpert.com.
